Pretty straightforward like an IT company
- Be open and communicative with your leads / managers and colleagues
- Have transparency for your work
- If you’re picking up a lot of work be vocal from beginning
- Be open to feedback and ask for regular feedback (quarterly preferred)
- Complete 2 days or 3 days WFO without fail, they can use it against you if there are any issues
- WLB is decent some days can be mad
- everything depends on your lead
It would be work life balance, as HSBC doesn’t offer any industry best perk to be honest..
Also there are a few petty issues like seats, parking, food in cafeteria..
If you’re okay to let go them, and you’ve a good manager and your team is good, you’ll sail along for a good 2 years!
Nitpickers in HSBC don’t last long, but I’ve seen most of them stay!
Congratulations! 💪What are the questions they have asked you after personality assessment, how many rounds are their & what's the range you have quoted in terms of salary.
