Found out I got promoted to an S1 role.. with a 5% raise in a regional firm’s TAS/Valuation practice. Is it even worth negotiating a higher raise or should I just look elsewhere?

Started in FDD as an S1 from audit a couple months ago and got put on a messy deal with just me and a director who is very “hands off” and I’m very overwhelmed 😅

Why does everyone say the work in FDD is so much better than audit? I’ve been in the group for a few months now, and it seems to be just as bad if not worse.
