I’m currently evaluating two offers and would appreciate some guidance

Offer 1 EY – 26 LPA (Consulting role) 80/20
Offer 2 Shell – 29 LPA (Corporate / operations-related role) 75/25

My background is in supply chain planning and digital supply chain transformation, and I have around 4 yoe. Both roles seem interesting but come with different career trajectories — consulting vs industry.

I’m trying to understand aspects like:
• Compensation & long-term growth
• WLB , Stability

Considering an in-house position at a firm client (firm is not aware of my interest), and I have worked directly with the AGC that would be my supervisor. Thoughts on reaching out to the AGC directly to convey interest?
