Hi everyone 👋
I’m currently working as a Production Support Engineer with over 4 years of experience in AWS Cloud, Linux, CI/CD (Jenkins, Git), and Application Support (L2). I’ve also handled release management, incident handling (P1/P2), monitoring (ServiceNow, ITRS), and automation tasks.

I’m exploring new opportunities in Application / Production Support, Site Reliability roles across India.

If you know of any openings please dm or comment 👇 I really appreciate any leads.

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.
