Does anyone know whom I should contact regarding this? Does Cognizant provide internet reimbursement for hybrid projects? Also, how does the eligibility process work? Does the BU submit eligible names every month, and what happens if they miss someone's name? Any insights would be appreciated.

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .
