I’m looking for a good retail interior design company in Bangalore for my upcoming brand store. Seeking firms experienced in retail interiors, brand-focused design, visual merchandising, execution, project management, and modern/minimal store concepts. Would love recommendations based on real experience—especially firms known for professionalism, timelines, budgeting, and execution quality. Also, which firms are considered top-tier right now, and are there any to avoid? Thanks!

My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night! Struggling to keep positive about finding a new permanent job - I was laid off at the end of April, have applied to over 60 jobs, had 6 interviews, and no offers. I can’t go back to chain retail - it damn near broke me in my 20’s, and it’s much worse now.

Is it wise to leave an organization you just joined in 2-3 months because of the bad cultural fit and toxic environment

And if yes then how to go about for future applications as company's will say stuff like stability and all

There is no scope for doing research. And it is only a handful of product company that has a design team, rest places doesn't even understand what actual Design is. But being in this field, not everyone will get a chance to work with top design driven companies
