I'm seeking advice on negotiating job offers. I have 6+ years as an SAP ABAP consultant.
* Capgemini: Offered 21LPA + 10% variable (approx. 23LPA total). I've heard the 10% variable is fixed.
* Cognizant: Offered 23.7LPA (23LPA + 70k).
Capgemini offers perceived better job security, which is a big plus for me. Cognizant's offer is higher.
Given the fixed variable at Capgemini, what's a realistic base salary increase I can request to bridge the gap with Cognizant's offer?

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.
