interviews (12 & 18 July), HR round (28 July), submitted all docs, BGC started. Provided complete proof for past employer, including payslips, relieving letters & bank transactions. Bank online verification done (6 Aug). On 12 Aug, status changed to “Rejected” without reason—HR says “negative feedback from BGC" but won’t explain. I’m in final week NP at TCS, eager to join Infosys. Need guidance Note: I am genuine associate tcs also done my bgc last time

How do you deal with a manager / junior partner who is always nitpicking and questioning why you did what you did, or telling you what you did is the wrong way to do things? It’s generally prefaced with them only doing this to help you grow, but has the exact opposite effect on me. And then when you try to explain your POV, you’re tagged as being defensive. Generally ends me with saying I’m sorry. No other partners at the firm have ever raised any concerns on my communications or work product.

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.
