I’m a Biomedical Engineering graduate with about 11 months of experience (internship + full-time). I had to step away from my previous role in October last year due to personal and professional reasons, and since then I’ve been actively job hunting.

Every single day I apply to 50+ roles, update my profiles on Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, tailor my resume, and even reach out for referrals.

I am interviewing for nCino as a entry level Support Engineer. They ask for 2 years experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of Salesforce. I have over 1 year experience in the financial industry and 2 years working with Salesforce. I live in Louisiana and it's Remote. What salary should I be aiming for? Total compensation also if you can! What do other Support Engineer get paid

When asked,do you disclose your current rate in an interview? Are you required to provide evidence? What is the norm? Thanks!!!

I have a question related to working under green card EAD. I got EAD (expiring in 2 years), and plan to change employer. After 2 years, can I renew or apply for the new EAD with the new employer? My I485 is still pending.
