Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. I have resigned from my current organisation and have asked for an early relieving. I have offered to buyout the remaining of the notice period but my manager is not agreeing citing reasons as procedure of the company. My offer letter with this company states that I can leave early in lieu of payment of the notice period on mutual agreement. My manager is simply not agreeing as he is angry that I’m leaving. Can someone help me understand that legality of his adamance?

I need some advice from you guys. When we joined a company they said bond is for 3 years. Now at the end of bond period they are saying bond is 3.6 and plus 3 months notice period. When we asks about that they are saying if you don't want experience and relieving letter you can leave. What can i do in this kind of scenarios. Please help me.
