I have 5+ YOE.
Priorities : work life balance and planning to settle for a longer period.

Here are the offers:
Wells Fargo – 21 LPA (fixed) + 0-10% Var
Anblicks – 24 LPA (fixed)
Deloitte USI – 21 LPA (fixed] + 0-10% Var + 2L Joining Bonus.

Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test. I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?
