I have 6 months of experience and a 6-month UI/UX diploma.
I’ve designed interfaces for a labour productivity platform at Shapoorji Pallonji, focusing on clarity and efficiency, and contributed to the ViWO web app for an Agentic AI product, simplifying complex requirements into intuitive solutions. Any openings or referrals would mean a lot!

Anybody ever used your internal firm Bio/Profile (obviously scrubbed for client info) to apply to other B4? Finding its a lot easier to convey value and understand my background with my bio.

Resume advice needed. I have less than 10 years of work experience.Should my resume be one page based on my experience or two pages?Some people have told me one page is good others have said two pages

After doing freelance for the last two years, I’ve decided to go back to the corporate world. I’ve been applying a ton of places but keep getting turned down immediately - not even a first interview and I can’t figure out why.

I feel like I have a lot of good accolades as far as awards, a graduate certificate program board I’m on, really good stats from my previous work, etc.

I have 7 years experience. Are people looking for someone w/ less experience/cheaper?

I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

Any suggestions??

I would like to know what to say when a recruiter/HR asks me what my salary expectations are.

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
