I got an emal from the HR, 2 days back regarding layoff on immediate basis due to cost cutting. They dont have projects as of now.

I've aggressively started applying to jobs, but everywhere they are asking 4-6 years of experience. What should I do, I am not getting interview calls. I have updated both linked and naukri profiles.

Looking for Reactjs or MERN stack roles. Any suggestion or referral would be helpful. Also what should I expect? My current pay is 7.5f+1vp

As someone who is virtually our only compliance person at a mid-size company, I often get questions for legal advice. I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice (my disclaimer), but I do look at the situation from a compliance/policy/process lens and urge to consult legal always. Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...
