I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. Could use some help designing a commission scheme, what would you sharks do in my situation??? I’d like to do some sort of group scheme, not an individual contributor scheme.

Situation:
just replaced a 35yr lifer and now boss tells me to create a business plan and comp scheme. Now there’s me and my trainee who’s rather green. It would be my responsibility to train him up. With 2 effective sales people last year we did ~7M @ 50% margin avg contract value of $25k (record setting year).

Nice bowl to avoid lowering the average in the US-centric threads. Anybody else finding that with the lack of pay rises this year, it’s become even harder to benchmark? Had a few recruiters recently suggesting I’d get 25% more by moving to a competitor but no telling whether that’s a short term-gain for a longer term hit.

When did this bowl become so competitive and spiteful? Why can’t we just be happy and support each other?
