I have resigned from my previous company without any offer in hand just 10 months after joining due to its toxic work culture and I couldn't find a job for 6 months. Got rejected by many companies due to the 6 months gap and the new company I joined took me just based on my interview performance and offered only a 10% hike on my previous salary. I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all. Any advice?
