I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I would suggest, work hard, learn and then ask your manager for a hike or start looking out after a year. This 40% will not matter in the long run
Thank you for your motivation
You should of course feel gratitude.
You were in a tough situation, you worked hard and succeeded in clearing the interview process for your current organisation.
Your current organisation considered your resume when you had a career gap. I know several hiring managers who don't shortlist resume during screening if there are career gaps (life is not fair).
Don't worry about money too much at this stage if your salary is sufficient to take care of your expenses. Spend at least one year and ideally two years in your current organisation and then start looking out for a new job. Meanwhile, focus on your skills and then you can even ask for 50-100% hike during switch.
Thank you
Bhai, I was in a similar situation( not Career gap) but one of my colleague whom I groomed got an offer and I did not get any offer , interviewed in same company. I was the one who taught him and to be honest, even though I was happy that he got the offer, but I was too hard on myself for not being able to crack the interview. It impacted my physical and mental health. Later I too got a good offer from another firm after some months. So extra stress on your mind is not worth . This comparison game is so prevalent now and ruins health. Try to be thankful to God for the job and any other good things you have now :) I understand it is hard to put in practice but for your mental peace, its worth a try.
Sure bro
I know someone who joined after 3 years gap with 30 percent hike
Now this could be either the timing of recession which hurt your hike
Or what is your and your friend previous salary is it same
Yeah.. I felt bad because he has less qualification than me and in the previous company my salary is 30% more than his.. now he is getting 30% more than me here

You will always find someone getting a better deal, especially people joining after you. If one quits every time someone new joins with a better salary, they would never last more than few months. Instead focus on learning, improving skills and if financially not satisfied, plan in two years especially since you are trying with a gap in profile, a stable stay would do your resume good.
Thank you
