I am getti g this role from hsbc, I have 6 yoe as a BA in capital markets domain, this is completely new domian into Risk, it also involves lot of ML, modeling techniques involved, it's a governance kind of role with lot of documentations required, can anyone tell me should I take up this offer, looking at future prospects and job in this kind of role, or should I stick to BA role in capital markets,

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?
