So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy
