My wire-house team ($2M production across 2 advisors) is looking to expand. We want to hire a Wealth Management Associate ("WMA") and Client Service Associate ("CSA"). Pay for the WMA is $80k plus discretionary bonus. Pay for the CSA is $50k with discretionary bonus. WMA would be licensed (3-5 years experience) and CSA would be unlicensed with no experience necessary. Any general advice or advice on how to best find candidates would be appreciated.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. I’m in an interesting dilemma. Very interested in leaving my company, but I am also going through IVF. I know most new jobs require a year wait before you can go on maternity leave. Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Is it a good decision to join this profile? What would be the day-to-day work of a manager be like?

PS: Is the designation reasonable? I see some people with 6-7 YOE as managers and with 8-9 YOE as senior managers.
