Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. How is environment
No work life balance
If you are a tech professional—whether in Dev/Arch/QA/Mainframe, I strongly advise against joining the TCS-SBI project at GITC in CBD Belapur. The project operates in a silo. You will rarely receive updates from the parent organization, and standard TCS corporate policies are often bypassed or inconsistently applied.
The work culture is highly taxing. You will primarily work with client-side managers, many of whom lack the technical direction leading to chaotic workflows. Mostly you need to physically move to different floors in GITC, meet people 1-1 to do basic tasks. Basically it’s a govt office.
Appraisals are virtually non-existent, and professional growth is severely restricted.
RMG releases are incredibly difficult, you get only false promises from management, making it very hard to get on site assignments.
It is every where in tcs .. don't join if you are techi and ambitious...both your ambition and learning capabilities will be killed here..if you just want to work to meet ends...join here ...use your tcs offer to get better ones...once in a project, like it or not you have to stay.. with no release unless client itself releases you ..
