Hey all just FYI my psych told me in my appointment that stimulants ordered from Express Scripts often give patients problems...including me. Felt like I was taking something totally different.

Has anyone had success with doneadhd or cerebral? Please share your thoughts on the online services!

Hi, I am considering making an appointment with a therapist to discuss mental health, and my question is this: how do you know that your case is severe enough to warrant a therapist’s time? I know I can simple google search and ask my doctor but want to hear other peoples thoughts…I love drinking my coffee to wake me up in the morning but I’m afraid it’s making my meds less bc of its acidic nature 😵

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

What misconceptions do you think people have about social work? or therapy?
Mine is my family still believes that only "sick" or unhappy people need to see a therapist, so they don't understand why I go to one since I have a job and a family. It's oldschool thinking and pretty annoying tbh.

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

P&C focused people: What do you do to find success cross-selling life policies? I mostly sell P&C off internet leads. Most are not the ideal client for my company but I take care of them like I would anyone else. I do okay but not great with life after having the client for six months once I move them into a preferred policy. That move saves them enough to make life doable coupled with established trust. I’ve been told just to quote the auto and life together initially but it feels “off” to me.
