Any reviews about working at the Telegraph Media Group? What’s the culture like?

I've noticed that Glassdoor reviews of agencies trend heavily towards the negative with a few common reframes: "terrible work-life balance", "they work us to the bone", "we work all hours and weekends", "the company culture is a joke", "it's cliquey". Are these things simply a reality of agency life or are there agencies out there where people mostly work reasonable, human hours, feel appreciated, and like their work matters?

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.
