10 YOE, Manager(M1)-40L offer from GDS. I know this is little out of their range for M1, but they might have some urgent opening thats why I think they offered me.

It’s my birthday in a few minutes. 2021 has been a terrible year for me. My marriage ended. It wasn’t a bad end though. We are still close, just not romantic partners anymore. The very first dog I ever had died and I couldn’t go see her because of the quarantine. I didn’t get a promotion that I more than deserved. I don’t think I get paid well. Most of my friends moved out of the city and I’m having to meet new people at 32. I love my job but it’s incredibly stressful. I’m terribly lonely.

I have an interview for Functional testing in EPAM anywhere on Monday(28th mar). And I applied through one of my cousins referral.

When I applied, the JD was different in LinkedIn and recently the JD for functional testing is different.

Currently linkedin shows EPAM hires for Finctional Api testing in which I have a knowledge but not experience. Will EPAM consider me or will they require API experience mandatory?or will they hire&deploy me to a project according to my skill set?

I recently completed my technical interview with epam anywhere and I got selected in that. Now HR told me that I have one more project interview round which is also technical. In my epam profile it's showing that it's an offer interview. My HR told for functional testing it's a project interview instead of offer interview. I really confused about this and why should I take another Technical round even after clearing 1.5 hrs technical round. Can anyone share details of it?
