Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?

Even if the bills are approved. Audit happens where they may re-verify. It's mostly during the audit they catch fake bills etc. Generally they check with service providing companies with the bill no, name and amount. You may continue doing so as long as you don't get caught.
Never do that buddy... especially when you are able to produce legit bills..it's a direct risk to your integrity and hence job role
Direct fire. Don't mistake hgs / compliance for a fool. If you're lucky you may evade once or twice. But if they catch you no bank will hire you. I know someone who was forced to go back to service industry.
There are FBP guidelines (available on hr portal as well) as per which bills are checked.
If you have met all criterias for that FBP claim category they will approve else they will reject/raise query
If you upload a fake bill and it gets approved - can it still lead to any problem?
Ex - If I submit a fake telephone bill and it's approved on portal, is there still any risk?
Yes, everything is audited afterwards. At that instance you may think it got approved so there is no risk then, but may be later after 5 6 months it might get caught and you’re are straight fired.

Never do that - the process has been reviewed after many such cases found during 2020-22 (during the height of Covid period) and few folks gone. What's the big earning will be realized by faking bills on FBP?
everything is known to everybody ,Its only used when company need to and these are the exact same time when it is used.
fake bills, attendance records, Hours in Office,Mandatory TIO..you name it
