Trying to figure out which is better - thoughts?

Also I I had a 4.0 for my masters but a 2.9 for my Bachelors - I actually applied to L.E.K. with 3.3 with my Bachelors by mistake (didn't think they cared) - Thoughts on how to bring it up to them/is it worth.

I had my first round of interviews with Mckinsey last Friday. the first case was a disaster but the second case + both of the PEI were quite good. The thing is, my other lead progressed very well, it's also in the Private Equity space, an Investor Relations manager role, boring but good money. they pressed me to go through all the process by the end of the week but I won’t be able to advance much with McKinsey by then…Super stressed, what should I do?

I am currently in an IT internship position (making pretty solid money considering) and following this summer I will stay on part time during my senior year (discussing a full-time job offer after already). I’m getting my computer science degree, so I would like to do something more technical in the workplace when I graduate. Today, I was my first day at OFSS in morning I received a mail which asked me to complete my first day task in portal bit u was unable to Login to the portal due to errorsystem I informed the same to my hiring manager he said he would share some link and username password which was not yet shared, is this normal at first joining was delayed by 3 weeks now this things

Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.
