I have been a PM at my company for 2 years now, with a years prior experience as associate PM. I got promoted before my certification, but was told if I did not get a PMP or ACP I would get my promotion taken away.
Received the ACP and have not seen a raise. Now we have a girl that is getting a 15k raise and going straight from Project coordinator to PM (with one year experience) and no certification. She will now be 5k less than me. If she gets CaPM she gets a 5k raise. Wong to feel slighted?

Looking to compare Senior Analyst Salaries at AFS. Currently at $85.5k

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. Does anyone know whether there’s a red tape type reason an associate couldn’t transition to fully remote in another state?
