Hi fishes , I am an ex staff of VMware I used to be in GSS, I had left for a consultant/implementation role, have tried to rejoin by applying in VMware career portal, keep getting rejected,I'm not sure there really is a feedback of any sort but , not getting reason for rejection for consultation roles I apply for, I am VCIX certified on DCV and VSAN certified, and experience with VMC on AWS implementation and HCX , Tanzu and Terraform.
