I am in talks with someone who is about to join CSIPL Financial Transformation, he has been hinting that the fixed component that he getting offered for AVP position for CSIPL is around 48-50 lpa. I for once asked if he meant VP but he clearly said AVP and I feel that he might be bluffing about it, can someone from CSIPL confirm if this fix is even possible for AVP at CSIPL? If not what is the max range that we are looking at for AVP?
