I have 5yrs of experience and was working at Amazon. It's been 6 months since I am on career break.
My last CTC was 5.61. I need your help in understanding what would be an ideal range for the Assistant manager role. And also request you to suggest reasons for the hike expected.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? After you moved in-house, how did you get more comfortable reviewing contracts or counseling on issues you weren’t super familiar with? I was very specialized at my law firm and took a similarly specialized role in-house….but I still get requests to mark-up types of agreements that I never touched at my firm. I’ve been trying to find CLEs to get up to speed, but I’m wondering if this is generally something that gets more comfortable with time…

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
