I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? Received an offer from IQVIA and base location is bangalore.The offer came with relocation expenses which the company will provide.I do not wish to relocate at the moment and would want to wfh for now.

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. Serious question: Why’d we have to migrate our network logins to FCB Health in addition to our emails? Couldn’t we have just started listing our emails as “@fcbhealth” but logging in as “@FCB”?
Our old emails instantly forward to our current ones, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be the other way.

As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. I’m part of a great team; I’m trusted and supported, have a great track record, there are no issues, and have been no incidents. Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. I realize there are much larger problems right now, but if anyone has any tips or advice to get over this, I am all ears. Thanks all!

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.
