I've gone through many JDs on LinkedIn and many other job search websites but nobody seems to be hiring for 1-2 YOE people in DevOps. Everybody wants to hire 4-5+ YOE people. How can a fresher land on a DevOps job ? Could someone guide me through this ?

As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me.
