I am senior resource in QA Automation with 11 years of experience. My current project was extreme toxic because of which I resigned a month back without any offer. I cleared 3 to 4 rounds with serveral MNCs but no one is willing to pay more than 30% hike, that too only if I join within next 30 days which is not possible for me.

My CCTC is 17LPA, I am asking for 35LPA. But companies are willing to pay max upto 22LPA.

Any one getting good offer with 3 month notice period ?

I graduated law school in 2016 and work at a small-medium size firm. What should my salary be compared to other firms? (In the process of applying to other firms and I think I currently make on the lower end)

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

PS. I am not happy with growth prospects in the current project in Walmart.
