I got an offer from PWC AC. HR is only offering fixed salary. There is no concept of variable pay? Would there be any year end bonus based on service line performance or individual performance ?

Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements.
