Im a draftsperson and programmer in Perth Australia and now have just over 1 year experience in this role. Im just wondering how much other people similar to me are getting paid outthere as i feel like im being underpaid thanks

I applied for a Manager role. It is available for the 3rd time in almost 2 years. My 2nd interview with GM, AGM, and HRD started with them unanimously agreeing on my ability to do the job at a high level. They didn’t hire me because I wasn’t “an HR Cheerleader” and said I was more suitable for a “real HR Manage role”…. They then opened another specialist job and encouraged me to apply. Any insight on what to make of this?

I am working in Salesforce domain having 8.5 years of experience (6 in salesforce and 2.5 in java).. my current ctc is 20 lpa and having below offers :-

1. Mindtree - 33 lpa
2. Accenture - 34 lpa
3. Wipro - 31 lpa
4. Innovaccer - 30 lpa

I am confused between Mindtree and Accenture.. please guide as I am looking for a more stable company having good work life balance and job security.

6th year of practice. I need to get out of insurance defense. Probably would prefer to be out of litigation in general. I also need to get out of south Florida/Florida in general because my salary is not great compared to the high cost of living in my city and I haven’t been able to find any other reasonable paying job. Offer help - yesterday I’ve received an offer from DataDog for Services Architect 3 role on their expert services team (ProServe) - pre sale solution and engagement.

Offer was as follows Base: 155k RSU: 22.5k (90k total over 4 years, 1 year cliff).

I currently make 170k base + ISO (private company so kinda hard to evaluate). I’m 4.5 YOE

I said it needs to be more in 210-220 range in order to switch. She’s going to talk to the manager on Monday and get back to me.

The position is "Analyst - Industry X Development Program" in Detroit, Michigan.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor.
