If Tech Mahindra HR is telling that after joining he will take care of onsite. It is US project. So in U4 Tech Lead position is it possible to send someone US onsite in L1/business Visa?? Shall I consider the onsite opportunity what HR is telling?? Or I should consider other companies to join. Please suggest I am really confused. Accenture Tech Mahindra Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

Things can change even if they are confirming to send you and visa formalities does not happen overnight, it takes time.If you have time and patience for this opportunity, then go for it.
I was offered the same and I stayed back.I got my visa too.But then they told, project has been shelved off.I got a lesson for lifetime.
The probability is 50% and ask this question to you why they are offering this opportunity now after you have dropped the papers.
You know how authentic is your manager. UK opportunity is much better if you are willing to settle overseas and in terms of monetary benefits as well. I think it is worth to take it.
And let's say, If you don't see any progress in next 2 week then you can resume exploring outside opportunities and even request Deloitte India to extend joining date for a month. They may consider it.
If your manager is really willing to give an onsite opportunity then ask to confirm this looping your HR and commitment of providing onsite opportunity even if the current client project didn't work out due to whatsoever reason.
You will see the real colour 😉
My opinion: if you have decided to move on them do not look back.
Don't take anything by word of mouth

bro I would suggest to leave and not take back resignation.
Yaa I think the same but what if he is really telling truth
if you like the project and work, and you are looking out only for money, if they are ready to match compensation, you can try
they will send you to UK, but there will be no timeline, if you are okay to wait for long and much eager to go to onsite then only stay. I don't recommend personally
Better to guage the page for next 3 weeks, and ask deloitte to extend the joining date, you will get the answer by yourself. Personally a BIG NO, Especialy Big 4's are not reliable Budd ! take your Call.
Never ever take your resignation back
I highly recommend to go with what you think is the best. Make choices and never look back.

No I cannot postpone based on global situation. If I don't decide now, the world will anyways decide for me.

Don't believe, just leave.
If onshore travel is fixed , then it is a good option to take back resignation and travel onshore. But make sure you get the confirmation on your work permit.
