Tech stack is java aws, years of experience is 6 completed.

I have a TCS offer whose doj tentative is 80 days far as I put up. Its package is 22lpa.

Can you help what can i ask from virtusa to make the best deal considering my exp. also its priority and immidiate joining.

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

If you asked to be considered for early promotion and didn’t get it (despite being highly rated, exceeding billable goal, etc) would you look elsewhere? Is it right to be angry about it? I don’t want to spin myself up unnecessarily if it’s unjustified

Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight.
