I love it because I agree with remote work and Saas gives me the opportunity to access from anywhere, since the data and applications are in the cloud. This is also an advantage because you don't lose data if you have problems with the computers where you are running the software.
I really don't like the fact of using SaaS, if a fail happens it leaves without service to all users who have access to this application and we must wait for the response of third parties to be able to solve the problem.
As a user you are not allowed to make modifications to the applications. Only the service provider is allowed to add functionality and this generates additional charges.
Overall, I have had a positive experience switching from on-premise solutions to SaaS software. The main advantage has been the reduced IT overhead required to maintain the software. Additionally, SaaS providers are often able to provide more updates and features than on-premise solutions, which simplifies the workflow for my team.
Since switching to SaaS software, my experience has been great! I no longer have to worry about maintaining the software or server, and I can easily access it from anywhere.
