hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.
