I have been on look out for opportunities but finding it very difficult to land interviews. Even if I land interviews, i am finding it difficult to convert to an offer.

Btech + MBA educational background. MBA from good institute. My post mba experience is of a Digital product manager for 2.5 years. Currently managing innovation program at my company. However, due to internal structural changes, growth prospects have reduced. It has demotivated me a lot. Any advice?

I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
