Hello guys i am working in a public sector bank as chief manager. I am looking for a job with better work life balance and flexibility. Can you suggest me options in finance companies where i can switch? I have 8 YOE in Treasury, forex and Marketing. Also, would it be better to look for opportunities abroad? After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
