Hi Fishes,

I have completed my HR round on LTIMindtree and Submitted my documents on Tuesday (12th Aug) but still now I haven't gotten the offer letter yet. Usually how long it would take in LTIMindTree? Any stipulated timeframe/timeline are there ?

I went through the entire interview process at LTIMindtree and was initially excited about the role. After passing all rounds and submitting necessary documents, the process seemed to drag on for almost a month. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was finally told that they could not move forward because they couldn't match my salary expectations. The lack of transparency and the time spent in limbo was frustrating. While The communication was poor, and the process felt unprofessional.
