I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

I am an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator with 15+ years of experience. I have program management and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience that gives me additional unique experience. I’ve been out of work for a significant amount of time due to Covid decimating my industry. I’ve gone on many interviews and had a few final rounds. I finally received an offer today. The pay is more than I’ve ever made & team seems great. I just can’t help but feel a little disappointed bc it’s not the industry I was in before which was the whole reason I went to law school to begin with. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush, right? Anyone experience a similar situation? Happy you pivoted?
