I have successfully uploaded all the required background verification (BGV) documents, and the pre-joining formalities are complete.As of now, my expected joining date is February 15th. Yesterday, I received a request to change the background photo, and I promptly completed the task. I am now curious about when I can expect to receive my onboard pass.Could you please provide an estimate of when the onboarding process will be finalized, and I will receive my onboard pass?

Hi all! In which order do you recommend studying BEC chapters ? Which ones are heavily tested compared to others ? (For example in AUD A3-A4 were tested for sims and I’ve studied A1-A5-A6)

I am going through a background verification with HireRight for Microsoft. I put as job titles the ones I also put on my resume, which are matching my real duties and activities. However, apart from my last employer, my past internal employers have really weird internal titles that say nothing about my qualifications and skills. Will this cause any issue and push Microsoft to rescind my offer?

Is it common to get burned out from job searching? I hit a point last year where I applied to almost 100 internships and at one point I gave up. I've changed some things since last year but I'm open to advice.
