I recently gave an interview with Deloitte USI, which was a walkin drive. The interview went well and the HR told me that I am selected and I even had the HR round on the very same day. HR said that someone from his team will connect with me for further documentation and process.
It's been 3 days since then, but no one connected with me on the same.
I checked the career portal dashboard, there it shows "Interview in progress".

Is this common with Deloitte or have they ghosted me?

I graduated in 2016, did a state court clerkship, and then was hired as a hearing officer. I’m looking to apply for an attorney advisor position but wonder if my lack of ‘traditional’ legal work will harm my chances. Thoughts?

In my current Org I was put into Linux, Unix & Cobol with just a 5-10% usage of OpenText on top of it. My grip on OpenText has been ruined since last 2.5 Yrs.
