Does it make sense to move from consulting to product management at a high-tech firm?

How do you know if you applied for a position to low? What I mean is got accepted for a position as a senior associate but if all firms are desperate for staff should I have applied for experienced senior associate? I have two years of experience of public accounting and two years outside practice.

I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? TCS ghosted me. I cleared 2 rounds of interview and they asked me to update the documents. They are in verified status since 2 weeks. Since then I heard nothing from them. The salary negotiation has not happened yet. I called the HR and got the response like they will get back in a few days.

Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?
