Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

I am thinking of transitioning my career from Finance operations (e.g. working in wipro mainly finance backend jobs where crowd is hired) to Financial Analytics roles (Tableau and MySQL). As finance operations roles I have worked on has lower salary compared to my experience of 5 years. What is the maximum expected salary for Tax Senior - US Tax role in the Big Fours? I currently have 4 years of experience, with close to 1 year of experience in the U.S. (New York).

HR said she will release the offer in 2 weeks but my status on the job portal says as position no longer considered. When I asked she said it’s due to system issue and she will update regarding the status of my offer letter. But I feel something’s wrong. Now I gave the interview for a different position in same firm and got selected. The 2nd one seems kind of interesting and match my profile. What to do now?🥲
