I was initially trained & was working on tool based tech stack- OpenText in CCM in my previous Org.
In my current Org I was put into Linux, Unix & Cobol with just a 5-10% usage of OpenText on top of it. My grip on OpenText has been ruined since last 2.5 Yrs. I am desparately looking for a change in tech stack. I have PowerBI & Cybersecurity in mind. Would like to get into something that will have avenues & opportunities in future.
I am open to suggestions & recommendations.

Big law for 8 years (litigation/antitrust) and have never enjoyed the work. It’s too late to try a new practice area and am thinking about either leaving the law or going in house. Any non law ideas?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Having tough time deciding between IB & Consulting. My thought process: I have a "better" background for IB (TAS/valuation) and with tech layoffs, this might push more potential would-be tech applications to pursue consulting (there by increased competition)? Additionally, you can do IB intern and full time consulting but not vice versa. I prefer consulting, but IB seems like the "safer" option? And if consulting does get hit hard, I would hopefully have a full time IB offer via internship.

I have interviewed with shell India . Though the process is not yet completed all the rounds are through . I am an automation C sharp and java resource . But the job was for python automation . I have been telling the same in the interview but still they cleared all my rounds . Now I am not sure if they will release an offer what should I do ? As I have no experience with python . I am a 9 yrs experience Automation guy. I don’t know for a company like shell how they didn’t pointed this out ?
