We don't have any ACs at home but going to buy one soon.
Can you guys please suggest some good models in split AC and also what points to consider before buying one?
I don't have any knowledge about ACs, so if someone can guide me on what are the parameters I need to check before buying AC?

Why can't I focus anymore? I'm worried my productivity has fallen since the end of the last tax season

My college placement cell had some policy due which I couldn't negotiate with the HR and ended up being lowballed. How to ask managers so that they approve leaves because this is our right still they have problem and don't approve?
