Hi Fishes, I sent an email to POC HR with counter offer 2 days ago but she didn’t contact me back. Also added hiring managers into that email. What should I do? I did not resign yet. Because Accenture is my first priority. My joining date is 27th Feb. Will they revise my offer within 7-10 days?

I really don't like it and I'm working towards a career change which I'm actively applying for and getting certified etc. However, it's been a slow process and I'm currently underpaid where I am so would it be wise to make a lateral move to another MEP firm simply because they offer me more money while I still look for a different job separate from this field? Or just tough it out?
