I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I recently got an offer from the advisory practice of another big 4. I didn’t ‘network’ and quite frankly I don’t know hot to network. I personally think reaching out to random people and network with them makes me feel awkward. Instead, the really network that I never realized I had helped me. You probably also have a couple of friends that works for other firms and talk to them and have them pass your resume directly to a recruiter (they will most likely get a few thousands of good referral bonus too so don’t feel like it’s a big ask). I think that’s the most effective way of getting another job. Feel free to DM me if you’re interested in transition to advisory in another big 4!

Apply to jobs. I left audit for TAS then left for industry all by applying on websites.
Networking can work, but it’s not required.
I'd just reach out to our peers that might have left for other roles, or do cold emails/messages to people on LinkedIn. I'd do it more from a standpoint of learning about themselves and their careers (people love to talk about themselves), and just establishing strong roots in your network. From there, they will likely hit you up in the future if a role opens up and they see you as a good fit.
I'd encourage you to use online job postings and knowledge of your market to see what roles/companies/individuals to look at. I use the google job search engine, since it seems to do a decent job of aggregating job postings from various sites.
As far as personal story, I looked up what companies had practices I was interested in (transaction advisory, accounting advisory, forensics), and I reached out to recruiters at those companies and individuals that worked in those practices. They may not be displaying a role online (or they could be), and they might invite you for an interview or reach out to you in the future if an opening pops up. I had this happen where 2 companies told me they had an opening 1-2 months after I met the recruiters, but I had to tell them no because I had already accepted a position with a different firm.
Thank you!

Same. Except internal audit which I feel like is even more limited :S.
